I need to copy titles that are not repeating on each row to each individual
rows accross the whole range
Example
a 1
2
3
4
5
b 12
13
14
c 15
16
18
20
21
and so on

I need to copy the letter "a" down up to 5 and "b" up to 14 and "c" up to
21 in one process.
