Default Microsoft Query/ODBC issue

I'm having a problem with the external data feature in Excel. I recently
purchased a new computer and some of my old Excel files will refresh existing
data queries, but if I try to edit the queries, Excel hangs up. I think I
have a problem with the ODBC drivers, but I'm not sure how to figure that
out, or how to reinstall them if that is the case.

Any ideas?
