Default EXCEL WITH TEXT ONLY

I want to create a chart, the excel worksheet is only populated with text
fields, but there are eg:
SDP ABSDPA ABSDPB ABSDPC
Node
ABMSC1 ABSCP1 ABSCP1 ABSCP1
ABMSC2 ABSCP1 ABSCP1 ABSCP1
ABMSC3 ABSCP1 ABSCP1 ABSCP1
ABMSC4 ABSCP3 ABSCP3 ABSCP3
ABMSC5 ABSCP3 ABSCP3 ABSCP3


how do i display this in a chart?

Ask yourself how you would do this manually.
How would you know were to place each data point?
Charting works only with numeric y-values

Default EXCEL WITH TEXT ONLY

Charts are for displaying numerical values. You don't have any, so you
can't plot them. If you want to use your spreadsheet to derive some
appropriate numerical values (such as counts), then those values can be
plotted. What sort of chart did you have in mind? What do you want it to
show?
