Default Hide Expand Rows

I want to create rows underneath a row but I want them to be drop down when
you click on the crosshaire next to a cell so they kind of roll up and down.
Can any one help me with how to do this.licke the do on this website

to see what is underneath you need to click the crosshair hod do you achieve
that in excel
