Default UserForm position

Can a UserForm position be locked on the screen so that a user cannot move
it? I have define one as Top of 0 and Left of 0 but the user can still drag
it where they want and our scanner only looks at the top left hand portion of
an Excell screen.

Find one excel files formfun.zip demonstrating userform as modeless,
sizeable and with or without a caption, icon, maximize, minimize and close
buttons from http://www.bmsltd.ie/Excel/Default.htm. Download FormFun.Zip
under VBA Programming.
