Default Read both US and European Formats

Hi, I am trying to get Excel to read both US numberical formats (","for
thousands, "." for decimal) and European formats (the opposite of US).

Is it possible to get Excel to read both at the same time, or to
automatically convert from one to the other?

Thanks

Marc
