There are instructions here for adding the Generate GetPivotData button
to a toolbar, and toggling the feature on and off: http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot06.html Andrew at Uni of Technology Sydney wrote: I often want to reference a cell value in a pivot table by simply clicking on the cell (rather than typing in the cell reference) usually to use in a separate formula. I could do this in previous versions of Excel. In the current version of Excel I get the GETPIVOTDATA function which includes absolute cell references which means I cannot drag the formula down. This is quite minor but also enfuriating. -- Debra Dalgleish Excel FAQ, Tips & Book List http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
