Default Blanks at end of worksheet

I am using the auto-filter. In the dropdown list, one of the choices is
"Blank". When I select "Blank" I get the rows past the end of the list. I
tried selecting these rows and deleting but the auto-filter still shows the
blank rows. Other worksheets don't do this. How can I keep these blank rows
out of the auto-filter selection?

Thanks,
Joe M.

Deselect the Autofilter, then select the range of rows you want to include
in the list before re-selecting the Autofilter.
