How do I export or copy a long list of ranges to another workbook

http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...9-233d83647308 If not, explain in a little more detail: how do you want to do the export/copy? Simple copy and paste may be all you need. Export ranges
copy the addresses associated with each range into cells in a single column.

I should have said defined ranges. The ones you see when you pull down the

Export ranges
Click on a named range in the list and immediately Excel will go to that

Thanks I was wishing their was a quick way
