Default Cell Shows 0.00 but still has a number

I have a formula in a cell that calculates a range of cells. The cell that
contains the formula shows 0.00 after it factors in all of the numbers. The
problem is that the number in the cell is not really 0.00. If you expand the
number of decimal places to 12 it will show as 0.000000365214. This shows
even if you manually calculate all of the numbers and the answer is 0.00. I
have tried to copy the formula from another cell where this does not occure
but end up with the same results. I am trying to do a conditional format
that highlight cells that equal 0.00. With this happening the formatting is
not working because the answer is not 0.00. Any help to correct this would
be great.

Round the result:

=Round(formula,2)
