Default Excel 2003 on Windows Vista

I'm having a problem - I upgraded my machine to Windows Vista and can no
longer send emails from Excel 2003. When I choose File - Send for Review, I
get an error message

"You need to have a MAPI-compliant mail program such as Microsoft Outlook to
use this feature."

Vista has Microsft Mail instead of outlook. How can I get access to
recognize that?
Thanks for any help! This is driving me crazy!
