Deleting large gaps in address
I am using a large Excel spreadsheet to address my letters using mail merge.
When I merge some of the addressee names have multiple spaces between the first and the last name. How can I clear this up in my spreadsheet before I merge without doing it manually. |

If data is in A1 type =Trim(A1) this should give you the right result
