Default heavy & light gridlines

In the excel 2003 worksheet I am using, I have a problem with gridlines. I
originally set the grid lines on. As I added more to the sheet, some
gridlines became lighter than others. I tried to correct by turning off the
gridlines. What happens is that only the light ones disappear, darker ones
stay. I would like to make them all the same shade as I have to print out a
report.
Thank you in advance for any and all help

Tom

If you are attempting to ad a border to the cells, highlight the cells you
are having issues with, right click, choose formatt cells, borders, you can
then put outlines areond each cell as needed or change the color of the
cells. Hope this helps

You can do the entire sheet, just as efficiently.
