Default Open File

Easiest method is to just use a shortcut to that file.

Alternate methods..............

Place the file in your XLSTART folder.

Place the file in your ToolsOptionsGeneral"At start up open file in".

David:

Thanks for your reply. I did not express my question very well.. I am
wanting to open a workbook automatically when Microsoft Excel 2003 starts.
I have a file called DatsSorting.xls in Book 1 and want it to open
automatically. I am a new user with Excel. Thanks again.
