Default Gridlines over cell background color.

Hi,
When I select a background color to a cell the color covers the gridlines as well. Is there a way to have the gridlines over the
background color? (Excel 2002 SP3)

Not he gridlines but you can put borders, (Format Cells Borders), around the cells which will show.
