In Excel, I have four columns of names & information. For some reason, an
automatic page break has been inserted between the names and the data. When printing, the names print on one page and the data prints on a second page. I have not been able to move the automatic break. Two weeks ago, it was not like this. This happens in Excel, Windows XP, Office |

Hi,
Do the following: 1. On the Tools menu, Click Options. 2. In the Options dialog box, click the View tab. 3. Under the Windows Option, verify that the Page Breaks check box is selected. If the Page Break check box is cleared, select the Page break check box and click OK to return to the worksheet. 4. On the File menu, point to Print Area, and then click Clear Print Area. To clear any predefined page breaks. Challa Prabhu Challa Prabhu "financialsecretary" wrote: In Excel, I have four columns of names & information. Thank you for your response. However, that did not resolve the problem. Am
still open for options. Thanks. "challa prabhu" wrote: Hi, Do the following: 1. On the Tools menu, Click Options. 2. In the Options dialog box, click the View tab. 3. Have you tried to highlight the data you want to print, then File |
Page Setup and choose the Fit to Page options (i.e. 1 page wide)? Hope this helps. Pete On Jul 25, 3:52 pm, financialsecretary wrote: Thank you for your response.
