Default cumumlative pivot table total

Hi, could anyone help me... I am trying to include a cumulative total
running horizontally accross my pivot table as a grand total and a
subtotal for each of my subsections. My data section is made up of
several fields, ie May 06 results, Apr 06 results, etc etc... each of
these is derived from a seperate column of data on the source sheet,
in other words I have dragged in a field box for each different month.

I am not sure if that makes sense, I have drawn a little picture of
what my source data looks like.

Product Region May-06 Jun-06 Jul-06
product A North 10 20 50
product B North 15 30 60
product C South 30 40 20
