Default excel 2003 Command descriptions

I can not find a description of the commands in excel 2003. Can anyone
suggest where a full list is available?

There is no one list in help of all commands in Excel.

You just have to look in help for the command in question to get a full
description.

If you mean shortcut keys, open help and type in "keyboard shortcuts"
