Default Select Pivot Table

Hi I know that ctr+shift+* selects the entire pivot table. I do not want to
select the headers... Is there a fast way to do this besides ctrl+shift then
arrow right and down

Default Select Pivot Table

You can use ctrl + * if you use the asterisk on the numpad, saves you one
shift key press

I don't think there is a shortcut for selecting everything but the headers
