I would like to create a master sheet that shows information from a number of
sheets within a file. A majority of the cells will have a locked position but other information ( I want to show where a name is repeated more than once in a column) will vary in size with each update. I want to display the information with the sheet name in column A and a number of headers such as name, date etc along the rows. Any one with any ideas? Cheers |

Hi,
You must select all those number from different sheet and copy them and paste the copied valued to the cell postion you want in the Master sheet using Paste link inthe Paste Special dialog box. Select the cell and do the following: 1. Select a cell 2. On the Format menu, click Cells. 3. In the Format Cells dialog box, click the Protection Tab. 4. You can clear or select the Locked check box for any cell position. 5. Click OK to aceept the setting. You must follow these steps other required cell position.
