Default Emailing worksheets

Hi, some background. I have created a small survey that I want to email to
our clients as an open workbook. The problem I have is that once the message
has been received and our client hits the reply or forward button, the check
boxes become text boxes. Also certain cells are coloured and that too moves
around, i.e. the cell above or below will now be coloured.

I hope this makes sense.

Oh yea, I am using OUtlook to email.
