It takes all of that from your printer's properties so you need to change

File - Print - Page Setup??? Also this setting will be temporary.
Peo Sjoblom is right. You can set it through: 1. Start - Printer and Faxes 2. Right-click on your Printer and choose Properties 3. Here find Printing Preferences and under Paper Options change the Paper size to A4. Remember, this will be set for every program. Hope this help, let us know!
