How do I change the default paper size from latter to A4?

It takes all of that from your printer's properties so you need to change
that, it can be done in the print dialogue under properties but Excel has
nothing really to do with it.

Go to: File; Print, Page set up. from there you can change from Portrait to
landscape.
Or you can adjust the margins to the size you want.

File - Print - Page Setup??? Also this setting will be temporary.

Peo Sjoblom is right. You can set it through:

1. Start - Printer and Faxes
2. Right-click on your Printer and choose Properties
3. Here find Printing Preferences and under Paper Options change the Paper
size to A4.

Remember, this will be set for every program.
