Default Template or solution for quotation anywhere?

Hello,

I am trying to setup quotation excell database, it is simple one table with
name of product and prices.

I need possibility to extract selected product with price in another table
ready for printing out as quote to customer.
Of course i must have posibilty to extract as many products as customer wish
to be on quotation.

So, pls help me to find a template for this, or an easy way to do it by
myself in excel (i really suck in excel...

THANKS

of course we can,but you need to give us more information
how many products?
how do you envisage selecting the products
are there discounts and different pricing for same product/different customer
do you want cost prices in there so margins can be shown??
are just a few

Hi Paul,

Thanks for answer, I am getting crazy here.

It is just simple as it can get:

my table is like:

product shipper rates ....other data

I have multiple same products from various shippers and their rates.

I dont need any calculations, I need only extractions of same data from the
table

for example if I use autofilter and got this:

worksheet 1 autofiltered
--------------------------------
laptop shipper X 1800USD
laptop shipper y 1300USD
laptop shipper z 1500USD

lets say all laptops are the same speced.

what I need now is solution to choose from those three laptops (press a
button or something) and to copy this data in another worksheet

for example (lets say I choosed laptop shipper y 1300USD):

worksheet 2
-----------------------------------
laptop shipper y rate ... other data (from original table)

and of course, I need now that I can choose different products in the same
way as we chosed laptop so for example finished worksheet 2 to look like:

worksheet 2
-----------------------------------
laptop shipper y rate ... other data (from original table)
mouse shipper z rate .... other data
HDD shipper y rate .... other data

hope it is ok explaine now?

thanks.
