Is there a way make the drop-down list icon (from Data-Validation) remain
visible without selecting the cell; in the same manner a combo box can always be seen? Thanks, Iyue |

No, only the active cell can have the data validation arrow visible.
Perhaps you could colour the cells to highlight them, or add comments to the cells to mark them.
