When I copy a worksheet into a new workbook, the colors change. I used to be
able to fix this by copying the color formating from the original worksheet.
I can't seem to find that option in the 2007 version. Is it still there
somewhere and I can't find it?

I don't see a colour change when copying a sheet into a new workbook.
Are these sheets that you're creating in Excel 2007, or files from older
versions that you're opening in Excel 2007?

Try this setting,

Office ButtonExcel OptionsSaveColors..Copy Colors fromselect the
workbook.
