Default How do I move rows in a pivot table?

I have a pivot table and the total is at the bottom of the table. I am
wanting to start the table with the total. How would I do this?

You can change the layout so the subtotals are at the top of a group,
but the grand totals can't be moved from the right side or bottom of the
pivot table.
