Default Comment box - fix size and location?

Using Excel 2003. Is there a way to fix the location and size of the comment
boxes so that they stay with the cell and do not change size? I have not
found a way searching Help and Google.

It appears that they have a party while the file is closed, moving
themselves about and changing their box sizes randomly. Does this happen
because new rows are inserted? If so, how un-helpful. Or is this a Special
Feature of Excel, thrown in to keep us from getting all relaxed and
self-confident?

I know how to move and resize a comment box. I do not wish to do this each
time I open each file. We can't use a macro. I have a feeling there is no
easy solution, but thought I'd try you expert users.

If you can't use a macro because the workbook can't contain macros, can you use
a macro in another workbook that resizes/resets the comments.

If yes, visit Debra Dalgleish's site:
http://contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Reset
http://contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Resize

If no, then never mind.

Dave, thanks for reminding me to check Debra Dalgleish! I can use these
macros on worksheets that I don't have to share. But alas and shucks, guess
I'll keep adjusting them one at a time in this book.
