Using Excel 2003. Is there a way to fix the location and size of the comment
boxes so that they stay with the cell and do not change size? I have not found a way searching Help and Google. It appears that they have a party while the file is closed, moving themselves about and changing their box sizes randomly. Does this happen because new rows are inserted? If so, how un-helpful. Or is this a Special Feature of Excel, thrown in to keep us from getting all relaxed and self-confident? I know how to move and resize a comment box. I do not wish to do this each time I open each file. We can't use a macro. I have a feeling there is no easy solution, but thought I'd try you expert users. -- Grinny |
