Default Match 2 Conditions then Avg Range

Excel2003 ... Oh "Yes" ... Back at it again ... The Long Story ... I have 2
Values on Sheet2 that I wish to locate on Sheet1 ... when found ... Return
AVERAGE value of Cols H:J Sheet1

Sheet2 ... Cell H3 ... I wish Formula (I can copy down) to:

Match value in Cols B:C (Sheet2)
with value in Cols B:C (Sheet1)
Return AVERAGE Cols H:J (Sheet1)

Note: All Values presently formatted Type 1 ...
