AVERAGE value of Cols H:J Sheet1

Sheet2 ... Cell H3 ... I wish Formula (I can copy down) to:

Match value in Cols B:C (Sheet2)
with value in Cols B:C (Sheet1)
Return AVERAGE Cols H:J (Sheet1)
