Default Kelvin: What's the most suitable should I use??

I got a table which had 3 column for NAME, MARK and RANK.

What formula shall I use for let say I in put the mark
between 100-81, the Rank there will shown as "A",
between 80-61, the Rank there will shown as "B",
between 60-40, the Rank there will shown as "C",
Below 39 is "Fail" or etc...
