Default Excel to Outlook

Can someone give me a hint on how to open a new message in Outlook, paste in
addresses and thewn paste in some content from Excel.

I realize that this is a big subject and all I am looking for is some
general directions so that I can look it up.

Thanks,
Craig

See Ron de Bruin's site for all you need to know about emailing from Excel
through Outlook.

See also his Sendmail Add-in for downloading.
