Default Recovering Overwritten Workbooks

Is there anyway other than the normal Excel data recovery to get back an
overwritten workbook? I did not even realize the program was asking me to
overwrite the file and when I went to go back into it it was completely blank.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you consider as the "normal Excel data recovery"?

AutoRecovery is only good when Excel crashes, not when you overwrite a workbook.

If you don't have a backup then you are out of luck.
