Default how to have result of excell formula remian as if inputed

having made a spreadwheet with formula. results are reflected. how to kave
the result follow when copying and posting worksheet to another workbook as
if the results was initially inputed.

I _think_ that you'd want to
Edit|Copy the cell
select the new location
Edit|Paste special|Values

But the formula won't be pasted--just the results of the formula.
