Default Sorting Data and Keeping format of rows

Hi again!

I want to filter on a column H for example but
I want columns A to E to remain the same
and keep their values. Is there a way I can do
this? For example I want to highlight everything
with a % greater than 75%. I can do a custom
filter but it hides other information I need to see.

Thank you
