Default drop down list

i have 5 sheets of data in the same work book containing information on
300ppls. Each sheets have the same properties in the first column (their
name) How do i use drop down list so that when i use/activate it on the
first sheet (for i.e. top10) the result can also be seen on the other 4
sheets?

Default drop down list

I the drop down list is on sheet 1 in cells A1 then on the other sheets

=sheet1!A1
