Is there any way I can create a excel pop up reminder on a specific date
without turning on the program? Eg: Task A due on 2/5/07 There will be a auto pop up message to remind me maybe 1 month before the date once I start my computer |

You can use the "reminder" feature of Tasks in Outlook or use Windows Task
Scheduler to pop up a message in Notepad or similar. Note: Outlook has to be running but you could combine with Windows Task Scheduler to start Oulook when the due date and time are reached.
