Default Count IF Q.


Hi,
I have two columns F & G
Column F has the Vacation Status of group of employees Processed or
Scheduled start from F7 to F83
Column G has the date of vacation starts, start from G7 to G83
What I want to do is to count the numbers of employees who have Processed
status and before 06/30/2007
Your help is highly appreciated
