Default CALCULATE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2 TIMES - RESULT IN MINUTES

I'm looking for a way to calculate the difference in time in minutes for the
following format. Taking the date into consideration. Can you help? I
apologize if this is a 2nd posting but I can 't find the first so I don't
think it took.

Thanks
