Default Word has "compare documents" function, does Excel? Any way to do?

In Word, you can pull up a file, click track changes, compare documents,
choose another file, and it will show you the differences between the two
very similar documents. Does Excel have anything like that? I looked at
"track changes", but compare documents was not an option. Is it somewhere
else? Some other trick?

You can check my CompareIt from http://www.grigsoft.com/ - it could
help in simple cases, since it does convert xls to text internally
before comparison.

I use Jim Cone's fine commercial Add-in called XLCompanion. It's available at
