Default Cell Value used in seperate cell as a cell location.??

Cell I7 is a drop down list of values located in cell A1 - A71. When a value
is selected in I7 I want be able to call a cell location using that value.
Example: I7 = 50. I want to use a function in H7 to call the value located
B'value of I7' (B50). Can't seem to figure this one out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Ryan
