Default I only want to change the formatting of one word in an Excel cell

I've done this on other worksheets but it won't work on this new one.

I have several words entered into an Excel cell. I want to make only one of
the words BOLD and I want to change the font of all others. Excel keeps
converting all characters in the cell.
