My accounts spreadsheet defaults to "£.99" if I enter "99" even though it
should read "£99.00". How can this be fixed when the usual Format-Currency-£ and two decimal places is chosen? Is it something to do with master settings or templates or something? TIA Ron |

Check Tools, Options, Edit Tab for Fixed decimals setting; if 0 then
change to 2. "Big Ron" wrote in message : My accounts spreadsheet defaults to "£.99" if I enter "99" even though it should read "£99.00". Better to uncheck the Fixed Decimal Places optionbox.
If set at 2 then 99 will be entered as .99 Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 16 May 2007 12:00:36 +0000, "JMay" wrote: Check Tools, Options, Edit Tab for Fixed decimals setting; if 0 then change to 2.
