Default delete a sheet is greyed out

Trying to help another person who got an excel file from a co-worker. They
are trying to delete a sheet. When they right click on the sheet the delete
option is greyed out. We check to see if the sheet is protected and all the
protection options are also greyed out. Any ideas why delete is greyed out
when right clicking on a sheet tab?

Probable cause is the workbook is shared under ToolsShare Workbook.
