Yes, but you first need to know how to do them without Excel.

I understand how to do them without excel. If someone knows the best way to
use excel to do them, I would appreciate any help that they could provide.

Yes. Plot the data set on an Excel chart. Then select this data set
and click on Chart/Add trendline. Select the type of trend line (in
your case, Polynomial, Order 2). On the Options tab, select to display
equation and R2. Click OK. The trendline and equation will be
displayed on your chart. Good luck.
