Default Open/Import RTF documents in Excel 2003?

Is there a way to open or import Rich Text Format (RTF) documents in Excel
2003? If so, how?

You can use normal copy paste. RTF files will open in microsoft word. if
you don't need the formating, i would recommend pasting the file into
notepad. Notepad will extract all the formating characters. Then save the
file as text. You cant import the txt file into excel.
