Save new column width settings in pivot table

Is there any way I can have my cake and eat it too? If you use AutoFormat, then the Auto Format checkbox is checked by default. So the column widths will change automatically. Only thing I can suggest is to turn on the macro recorder, refresh the pivot table, then resize the column widths to what you want, then turn off the recorder.
