Default Locking Column Width when changing Data in a Pivot Table

I have a Pivot Table, with 2 items in Page, 2 items in Column, and 17 items
in Data. I principally change the values in Page, and when I do the column
width always changes, either it increases or decreases - how can I
permanently lock this so that I dont have to adjust this manually every time.

Many thanks in advance
