Hi,
Yes you can have Multiple Pivot Tables in one spread sheet, provided you create seperate sheet for those data you want to include in one sheet. In such situation you have to refresh each Pivot table individually. Note: Refreshing one Pivot table will not refresh all the embedd Pivot Tables. Challa Prabhu "AndyL82" wrote: Hi, I'd like to create a spreadsheet that includes data about a product - name, dimensions, how much was sold over the last few weeks etc. - extracted from multiple spreadsheets. Is it possible to use multiple PivotTables to show this data on one spreadsheet, but only one 'page field' with which to select the article name? I don't want the sales data and dimensions data in one PivotTable as this would make it too big... but I also don't want to have to change the page fields of separate PivotTables. Thanks for your help. -- Andreas L. |
